By accessing or using DraftMotion (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
DraftMotion is an AI-powered platform that generates motion graphics from text prompts. The Service includes text-to-animation generation, in-browser preview, and video export capabilities.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. All prices are in USD.
Credits are consumed when generating animations (based on AI token usage) and exporting videos (5 credits per export). Unused subscription credits do not roll over. Top-up credits do not expire while your subscription is active.
You retain ownership of your prompts and the animations generated from them. DraftMotion retains ownership of the platform, its code, design, and underlying technology. You grant DraftMotion a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing the Service.
You may not use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer the Service, abuse rate limits, or resell generated content as a competing service.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. DraftMotion is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
